renting.... who is responsible for damaged asbestos removal?If a asbestos dividing fence has damage .Who is responsible to fix it.And can they claim money for an entire new fence because you cant replace the asbestos panels.And should we not have been informed when we moved in 2 weeks ago that the fencing was asbestos?
I'm really worried about asbestos removal?
I think the people who removed asbestos from the eves surrounding our house didn't do it properly, this was months ago and I can't stop thinking about it. We were inside the house at the time they took it down, I am not sure how your supposed to take the eves out but I know they were smashing them can't remember if they wet them first or not & then left the bits on the front lawn wrapped in black plastic for at least a few days. Is this the proper way to remove it? I'm so paranoid I'll get asbestosis.
How much does asbestos removal cost in RI?
We have what looks to be asbestos wraps on our hot water pipes and we are knocking our house down. I was told it will have to be inspected and removed if it is asbestos. I was told by one company it would be at least $800. Can anyone give me an idea of what it may cost and if that sounds right? There may be 20 30ft of it.Thanks
